Simply put: I like it

Nice lighting, nice contrast of the blonde/brunette, and keeping the skin-tones very similar was a good touch.
You could have got a nicer effect with a contrast of the skin-tones-though - i.e. black/white with alternating hair colours too.

Alo in all, it's a great composition.

its a great shot. I think the way the light has been composed, in the fact (whether intentional or not) the background is visible above the blonde model's head, but not above (or below depending which way you think about it) the brunnette model's head. It really shows a juxtapose, contrasting with identical tops and nail varnish covering the same eye on each model. My only critism is the bra strap showing on the blonde model, which isn't on the brunnette, which makes me think this is a mistake? Anyway, a really impressive concept, and you've produced an excellent shot. Well done :)
